    Build and ship multiple Flutter apps — including a company-wide operations platform spanning warehouse, permissions, and supplier workflows — and contribute backend endpoints to their existing serverless AWS infrastructure (FastAPI on Lambda). Set the engineering standards now adopted across every Flutter project, introduced the first telemetry practice with Sentry (99%+ crash-free), and drive security reviews that caught issues like client-side payment tampering.
